By the age of fourteen Travis Hedges Williams had already begun writing for the stage and screen, served as the lead host on Fox 44 TV's Kid's Club, and been seen as a principal actor in a music video for the band Deadeye Dick (who have a song on the Dumb & Dumber soundtrack). With various community theatre groups, Travis discovered a passion for the performing arts - a passion he continues to follow to this day. Travis has also worked for EA Sports and the Red Stick International Animation Festival (which was, at the time, the largest event of its kind in the United States). In addition, he completed an internship at Louisiana Public Broadcasting. Through Hedges Pictures he has served as producer, writer, director, and/or editor of over thirty films. Travis graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University, with a degree in General Studies with a concentration in Theatre, Film/Media Arts, and English, and minors in History and Sociology. He also holds a master's degree in Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archives Management. A complete list of his film work can be found on IMDd. In his free time he enjoys playing board games and running.
